COSMETIC CONTAINER WITH INTERNAL COVER
REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
The present application claims priority over Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-227885 filed November 20, 2015, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
BACKGROUND
Technical area
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having an inner lid provided with a sheet material, such as a net, which can be traversed by a cosmetic.
Related Art
A cosmetic container is illustrated, which has an inner lid attached to an upper end side of a container body and provided with an elastic mesh in the stretched condition. This cosmetic container is configured so that when the net is pushed down by means of a puff or the like, the cosmetic contained in the container body passes through the net. And the user takes the cosmetic having passed through the puff or the like for use. Japanese Patent Application Laid Open No. 2005-224398 (Literature 1), Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-194190 (Literature 2), Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. Hei7-43575 (Literature 3), and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. Hei9-191930 (Literature 4), for example, illustrate such cosmetic containers.
In the inner lid used for containers with conventional threads such as those described in Literatures 1 to 3, an annular frame is employed to hold the net. The inner peripheral portion of the frame is used for attachment to the outer peripheral portion of the net and the outer peripheral portion of the frame is made for attachment to the side of the container body so that the lower outer circumference of the frame comes into close contact with the container. internal face of the cosmetic storage space of the container body. However, such a structure can make it difficult to extract, through the net, the cosmetic beneath the annular frame, particularly when the cosmetic has a high viscosity. This does not allow the use of cosmetics without waste. Even when the cosmetic has a low viscosity, the container body may have to be inclined so that the cosmetic is brought to the center below the annular frame. This can result in poor use of the cosmetic. The net container described in the literature 4 has substantially only the space below the net used as a cosmetic storage space without there being any cosmetic storage space under the chassis. In particular, this container equipped with a net has a thick frame supporting the net, the lower end of the frame coming into contact with the bottom of the container body. This implies that the cosmetic storage space of the container body can not be sufficiently used. In other words, a larger, larger container is needed to hold the same amount of cosmetics. In addition, since the lower end of the frame contacts the bottom of the container body, the cosmetic may leak from the container body through the interface where the inner face of the container body and the lower end face or the outer circumferential face of the frame come into contact when the contained cosmetic has a low viscosity.
A so-called "refill" container is also used as a cosmetic container. The refill container is employed by being secured in a container (referred to as "casing" below) that serves as an outer lid body and this refill container is removed from the casing when the cosmetic inside the refill container becomes empty. . Then, the case can be reused by fixing again in the case a newly purchased refill container filled with cosmetics. Many are so-called "compact" housings having a mirror on the back side of the outer cover of the housing in which the compact housings themselves are thin and small for portable use. It is understood that such compact housings have a reduced storage capacity and when the refill container is a container provided with a net it is desirable to be able to use the cosmetics without waste. In addition, in a case where a container provided with a net which generally does not have an airtight structure stores a cosmetic in the casing, containers provided with a net having an air permeability must have a hermetic structure that can close the opening of the container body airtight so that the cosmetic does not dry. In addition, measurements must be taken with the refill container to prevent the cosmetic from leaking through the interface where the inner face of the container body and the outer circumferential face of the inner lid come into contact. This overcomes the disadvantage of cosmetics glued to the edge of the container body or the upper face of the net when a new refill container is open, detracting from the appearance of the new item, which is annoying for the new item. 'user.
An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a refill container allowing a cosmetic to be used without waste and preventing unwanted leakage of the cosmetic while being suitable as a refill container. ABSTRACT

In addition, an embodiment described relates to a cosmetic container, wherein the container body comprises, formed on its inner face, a seat and the inner cover at the lower end of the frame supported by the seat while being attached to its outer circumferential surface which is in close contact with the inner surface of the container body.
The described embodiment relates to a cosmetic container, wherein the container body has an internal groove formed on its upper surface, surrounding the opening and the inner lid is attached to the container body by the lower end side. chassis inserted in the groove. Preferably, the frame of the inner lid comprises an inwardly projecting circular rim at its upper end side, and the fiber sheet has a circular peripheral portion adhering to the frame from the lower end of the rim, along the inner circumferential face and to a lower end of the frame.
The described embodiment may relate to a cosmetic container, wherein the sealing lid seals the opening of the container body while engaging with the container body. Preferably, the sealing cover comprises, on its rear face, a wall which surrounds it which is projecting downwards and an external groove surrounding the internal groove is formed on an upper end surface of the container body of the container. so that when the peripheral wall is fitted into the outer groove, an inner circumferential side face of the groove is urged toward a radially inward direction to clamp a frame engagement of the inner cover with the inner groove. In addition, the described embodiment may relate to a cosmetic container in which the cosmetic container is removably contained in an outer casing. Preferably, the container body is made to be enclosed in an outer casing and the seal cover is located on a rear face of an outer cover configured to cover an opening of the outer casing and the rear face of the outer cover is configured for sealing the opening of the container body when the outer lid is closed.
In addition, it is preferable that the fiber sheet that can be traversed by the cosmetic has a net structure.

DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will become apparent in light of the present description and the accompanying drawings. The same numerals or signs are used for the same or similar parts in the drawings used for the following explanation.
Mode of realization
As an embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a compact type assembly vessel 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The compact type container 10 comprises an outer compact housing 100 and a refill container 1a.
The outer compact housing 100 is configured with a refill container storage portion 110, an outer cover 120, and a mirror 121 which is located on an inner lower face of the outer cover 120. The refill container storage portion 110a a rounded and flat box shape in which is contained the refill container la. The outer cover 120 makes it possible to open and close the opening 111 of the refill container storage portion 110 in the shape of a rounded and flat box by means of a not shown hinge.
The refill container la comprises a container body 2a, a sealing cover 3 and a chassis-type inner cover 5a. The container body 2a contains a cosmetic. The cosmetic stored in the container body 2a can be any type of cosmetic material, including a cosmetic having a low viscosity combined with a high fluidity. The disk-shaped seal cover 3 covers the opening 20 of the container body 2a so as to allow opening and closing by means of a hinge. The frame type inner cover 5a is made to fit smoothly with the opening 20 of the container body 2a. In addition, the inner cover 5a is structured so that a net 51 made of a mesh material extends across the inside of the circular frame 50 (hereinafter referred to as the inner cover frame 50).
Although the net 51 is illustrated in the embodiment as being attached to the frame 50, another sheet of fibers such as a sheet of knitted or woven fibers which can pass cosmetics with low viscosity combined with high fluidity can to be used instead of the net. A preferable viscosity of the cosmetic to be used when the fiber sheet is employed in place of the net is in the range of 2000cp to 60,000cp and preferably in the range of 2000cp to 30,000cp.
The direction of the perpendicular 200 to the rounded and flat box-shaped charging storage portion 110 of the compact housing 100, to the container body 2a of the refill container 1a and to the circular surface of the inner cover 5a is defined as a direction up-down. The upward and downward directions are defined assuming that the refill container is secured within the refill storage portion 110 from above. With respect to the outer cover 120 and the sealing cover 3, the outwardly facing face when the compact housing 100 is closed is defined as the top face (122, 31) and the face opposite the storage portion of the housing. Refill 110 and the opening (111, 20) of the container body 2a is defined as the rear face (121, 30).
Based on the aforementioned high-low and above-the-top definitions, the charging storage portion 110 of the compact housing 100 has an opening 111 on the upper end side of the thick circular chassis (hereinafter referred to as the recharge storage chassis 112) and at the bottom closed end to form the bottom surface 113. The outer cover 120 comprises a circular frame (hereinafter referred to as outer cover frame 123) closed at the top face side 122 and includes a mirror 125 attached to the rear face 121. The inner circumferential surface 124 of the frame. outer cover 123 has an engagement structure (not shown) which engages with the protuberance 115 formed on the upper end face 114 of the recharge storage frame 112 and the compact housing 100 is kept closed when the outer cover 120 is closed using this engagement structure. Further, at the outer circumferential face 116 of the recharge storage frame 112, a button 117 for removing the engagement with the outer cover 120 is flush with the outer circumferential face 116 at a location corresponding to the position wherein the protuberance 115 is formed. At the upper end face 114 of the refill storage frame 112 is formed a recess 118 in which the hinge 4 of the refill container 1a is stored when the refill container 1a is attached thereto.
The container body 2a is made by injection molding with a groove (hereinafter referred to as an airtight groove 23) which is concentrically formed at the opening 20 at the upper end surface 22 of the circular frame portion (hereinafter below, main frame 21) of the container body 2a. A protrusion 32 which engages with this airtight groove 23 is formed on the rear face 30 of the sealing cover 3 in a circular wall shape. Here, the base end side of this protuberance (hereinafter, hermetic wall 32) is manufactured to a width greater than that of the opening of the airtight groove 23 so that the container body 2a is sealed to the air, the inner face of the airtight groove 23 being in close contact with the outer face of the airtight wall 32 when the sealing cover 3 is closed. Three protuberances (below engagement wall 33) are formed on the rear face 30 of the sealing cover in a circular plate shape, parts of the engagement wall 33 being concentric with the hermetic wall 32 and being placed at the same angular intervals to form a structure which engages with the cavities (below, engagement cavities 25) formed on the outer circumferential face 24 of the main frame 21 of the container body 2a. In addition, a flap 34 for the fingers, in order to open by pulling this sealing cover 3, is formed on the edge of the sealing cover 3 in a part opposite the articulation 4.
Figures 2A to 2C illustrate diagrams of the compact housing 100 storing the refill container la. Fig. 2A illustrates both the outer cover 120 and the sealing cover 3 in the open state, and Fig. 2B illustrates both the outer cover 120 and the sealing cover 3 in the closed state. As shown in FIG. 2A, the directions in which the outer lid 120 and the sealing lid 3 open and close intersect so that the two covers (120, 3) can be kept open without coming into contact. with each other. In this example, the directions in which the outer cover 120 and the sealing cover 3 open and close are perpendicular. The direction of the axis of rotation 210 of the hinge 4 of the sealing cover 3 is defined as the forward-to-back direction in the description which follows. In other words, the direction of the axis of rotation of the articulation, not shown, of the outer cover 120 is in the right-left direction. And when the hinge 4 of the sealing lid 3 is on the left side and the hinge of the outer lid 120 is on the back side, the right-left and front-back directions, in addition to the high-pressure direction. bottom, are defined as shown in the drawings. When the outer cover 120 is closed as shown in Fig. 2B, the outer circumferential faces (125-116) of the outer cover frame 123 and the recharge storage frame 112 are at the same level to have a flat cylindrical outer feature.
Structure of the refill container
Figs. 3A to 3C are diagrams illustrating structures of the refill container according to one embodiment. Fig. 3A is a perspective view when the inner cover 5a is viewed from below and Fig. 3B is a vertical sectional view of the inner cover 5a cut along a face in the up-down direction. Figure 3C is a vertical sectional view of the refill container illustrating the vertical section of the refill container 1a, including the hinge 4, when viewed along the direction of the axis of rotation 210 of the joint 4 which extends in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper. As shown in Figs. 3A and 3B, the inner cover 5a is mainly structured so that the net 51 adheres to the lower surface 52 of the inner cover frame 50 under tension. Thus, the thread 51 has a circumferential horizontal outer end portion adhered to the lower surface 52 of the inner cover frame 50 and also has a vertical circumferential inner edge portion, which is contiguous with the horizontal end portion, adhering to the inner circumferential surface 53 of the inner cover frame 50. The refill container 1a, according to the present embodiment, has a sufficient adhesive force with a large adhesion area between the inner cover frame 50 and the thread 51 .
As shown in FIG. 3C, the container body 2a in the closed state is hermetically closed while the hermetic wall 32 located on the rear face of the sealing lid 3 is pressed into the hermetic groove 23 formed on the upper surface 22 of the container body 2a. A protuberance 35 formed on the inner face of the engagement wall 33 engages with the engagement cavity 25 of the container body 2a to maintain the closed state. The inner cover 5a is inserted inside the main frame 21 to fit a soft friction with it and the outer circumferential face 54 of the inner cover 5a comes into close contact with the inner circumferential surface 26 of the container body 2a. To be more precise, the inner side of the main frame 21 is shaped into a two-stage flat column whose lower side diameter is reduced. And the main frame 21 comprises a cylindrical zone 21u forming the upper stage and a cylindrical zone 21d forming the lower stage. Here, a "seat" is formed with the upper surface 28 of the stage 27 supporting, from below, the lower surface 52 of the inner cover 5a. And when the inner cover 5a is in a state inserted into the container body 2a, the outer circumferential face 54 of the inner cover frame 50 and the inner circumferential surface 26u of the upper stage cylindrical zone 21u of the main frame 21 are in close contact. In addition, the vertical inner circumferential surface 53 of the inner cover frame 50 and the vertical inner circumferential surface 26d of the lower stage cylindrical area are at the same level. In this way, when the cosmetic 130 is stored in the container body 2a, the total lower surface area 55 of the net 51 which is located within the inner lid frame 50 is opposite to the total area of the upper surface. 131 of the cosmetic 130. Therefore, when the thread 51 is pushed down, the lower surface 55 of the thread 51 also comes into contact with the cosmetic 130 which is inside the inner circumferential surface 26 of the body of the body. container 2a, which allows the cosmetic 130 to be extracted effectively. In other words, the cosmetic 130 can be used until exhaustion without waste. Further, the circumferential edge of the net 51 adheres with sufficient adhesive force, in a wide area along the lower surface 52, to the inner circumferential surface 53 of the inner cover frame 50 so that the net does not separate. not the inner lid frame 50 even when the net is pushed down deeply. In addition, the refill container 1a according to the embodiment forming the cosmetic storage space 130 of the lower surface 29 at the above-mentioned stage 27 of the container body 2a allows the upper surface 131 of the cosmetic 130 to be permanently below the lower surface 52 of the inner lid frame 50 so that the cosmetic 130 does not stick to a portion above the aforementioned stage 27 when the container is filled with cosmetics. Thus, the cosmetic 130 does not leak from the upper side of the container body 2a through the interface 26u where the outer circumferential face 54 of the inner lid frame 50 is in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the hollow cylindrical zone 21u. on the upper storey side of the container body 2a. It is understood that the amount of cosmetic 130 gradually decreases so that its upper surface 131 arrives below the lower surface 52 of the inner lid frame 50 as the cosmetic 130 is extracted by the thread 51, although that the risk is low that the cosmetic 130 leaks during the continuous use of the refill container la. The refill container 1 according to the present embodiment has the upper surface 56 of the inner cover frame 50 located above the upper surface 57 of the thread 51. Therefore, the rear face 30 of the sealing cover 3 does not not in contact with the thread 51 even when the sealing cover 3 is closed. And, therefore, the cosmetic 130 stuck on the upper surface side 57 of the net 51 does not stick to the rear face 30 of the sealing cover 3 when the cosmetic 130 is removed. Therefore, the cosmetic 130 does not stick to an undesirable location by the back face 30 coming into contact with the user's fingers and clothing when using the cosmetic 130.
Other embodiment
In the embodiment described above, the cosmetic which has been poured to the position of the stage 27 inside the container body has been prevented from leaking from the interface between the container body and the container. outer circumferential face of the inner cover frame. However, in this case, the space between the stage 27 and the bottom surface of the net could not be used as a cosmetic storage space. Another embodiment provides a refill container that can be filled with cosmetics to the underside of the net and the cosmetic even reaching a location near the top of the inner lid frame while avoiding cosmetic leakage.
Figs. 4A-4C illustrate another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4A is a vertical sectional view of an inner cover 5b for assembly in the refill container according to another embodiment. Figure 4B is a vertical sectional view of a container body 2b including the hinge 4. Figure 4C is a vertical sectional view including hinge 4 when the refill container 1b is closed. As shown in Fig. 4A, the inner cover 5b has an inwardly projecting rim 60 at the upper surface of the inner cover frame 50. The peripheral portion of the net 51 adheres to the inner frame 50 throughout the entire length. ranging from a lower horizontal surface of the frame 50 to a lower horizontal surface of the rim 60 through an inner vertical surface 53 of the frame 50. The area within the inside diameter φΐ shown in Fig. 4A is substantially opened. As shown in Fig. 4B, a recess (hereinafter, engagement groove 62) shaped into a groove which is concentric with a hermetic groove 23 is formed, within the hermetic groove 23, on the surface of the groove. lower end 22 of the main frame 21 of the container body 2b. And an opening 20 of inner diameter φ2 is formed within this engagement groove 62. As shown in Fig. 4C, the bottom surface side 52 of the inner cover frame 50 adhering to the peripheral portion of the net is inserted into the engagement groove 62. In addition, the lower surface 61 of the rim 60 of the inner cover frame 50 contacts the upper surface 63 which is on the inner circumferential sidewall of the engagement groove 62. Here, the inside diameter φΐ of the border 60 is identical to the inside diameter φ2 of the upper end surface 22 of the container body 2b.
In this way, the refill container 1b according to this other embodiment has the inner lid frame 50 inserted into the engagement groove 62 of the container body 2b so that the inner circumferential surface 53 of the inner lid frame 50 does not not exposed to the inner circumferential surface 26 of the container body 2b. In this way, the almost complete capacity of the container body 2b can be used as filling area for the cosmetic 130 provided that the upper surface 131 of the cosmetic 130 is below the lower surface 55 of the net 51. In addition, in principle, the cosmetic does not leak through the contact interface between the outer circumferential face 54 of the inner lid frame 50 and the inner circumferential surface 26 of the container body 2a. The upper surface 56 of the inner lid frame 50 arrives above the upper surface 57 of the net 51 also in the case of the refill container 1b according to this other embodiment so that undesirable adhesion of the cosmetic to the net may be avoided.
Other embodiments
In the first embodiment, the container body had the inner stage serving as a seat supporting the inner lid from below, however ribs extending in the up-down direction can be formed at a plurality of locations on the surface. inner circumferential portion of the container body for the upper ends of the ribs to act as a seat. Alternatively, an awl protrusion, projecting inwardly into the container body, may be formed to serve as a seat.
The first and second embodiments have been structured such that the opening of the container body has been made airtight by allowing the hermetic wall formed on the lower surface of the sealing cover to engage the groove. hermetically formed on the upper end surface of the body frame. In order to enhance the hermetic state inside the container body by this sealing structure, the surface which contacts the outer circumferential surface of the inner lid can be urged outwardly, the inner lid frame being secured to the container body. In this way, the state of hermetic sealing between the engagement groove and the hermetic wall can be strengthened. In the first embodiment, the outer diameter of the inner lid frame can be made larger than the inner diameter on the upper storey side of the container body. In the second embodiment, the outer diameter of the inner cover frame can be made larger than the inner diameter of the outer circumferential side wall face of the engagement groove.
The first and second embodiments had the inner lid secured by adjusting the inner lid in the container body. However, an engagement structure may be provided between the container body and the inner lid frame to prevent the inner lid from falling during use. The engagement structure between the inner lid and the container body is illustrated in Figures 5Ά to 5C. Figs. 5A and 5B are each a vertical sectional view of the inner lid 5c and the container body 2c, and Fig. 5C is a vertical sectional view of the refill container 1c in the closed state. The refill container shown in FIGS. 5A-5C is a modified example of the container body according to one embodiment. Here, as shown in Fig. 5A, the inner cover 5c has a protrusion 70 which surrounds the outer circumferential surface 54 of the inner cover frame 50. In addition, as shown in Fig. 5B, on the inner circumferential surface 26 of the body of the 2c container, a groove 71 which engages with the aforesaid protuberance 70 is formed on the inner circumferential surface 26u of the upper stage cylindrical zone 21u which is opposed to the outer circumferential surface 54 of the inner cover 5c. Further, as shown in FIG. 5C, the protuberance 70 of the inner lid frame 50 engages with the groove 71 of the inner circumferential surface 26 of the container body 2c so that the inner lid 5c does not easily separate when 'it is closed. It is obvious that the relationship between the protuberance and the groove can be reversed. In the second embodiment, a similar engagement structure may be provided between the inner circumferential surface on the outer diameter side of the engagement groove and the outer circumferential surface of the inner cover frame.
Mainly, the inner lid does not have to be removed for use since the refill container is replaced by a new refill container when the cosmetic in the refill container is exhausted, however it remains possible to remove the lid internal. The inner lid can not be easily removed since the inner lid is fixed so that the inner lid can not accidentally separate and also the cosmetic can not leak through the interface at the container body. In particular, the user's hand or fingers can not reach the inner cover when the upper end face of the frame does not protrude from the circumferential edge of the container body opening. That said, a flap (lug 80) projecting inwardly from the inner circumferential surface 53 may be provided on the upper end side of the inner lid frame 50, for example such as with the inner lid 5d shown. in Figure 6.
The inner cover frame can be made of a flexible material that can deform elastically and the upper end surface of this inner cover can be configured to protrude outwardly and upwardly over the circumferential edge of the cover. opening of container body when the inner lid frame is attached to the container body. In this way, the outwardly protruding portion can be sandwiched between the fingers from both end sides of the inner cover frame diameter to allow the inner cover frame to deform during a push. inward biasing from both sides to allow easy removal of the inner cover.
The hermetic structure of the container body is not limited to the embodiments described above and, for example, a seal in the form of an O-ring may be placed on the upper end surface of the container body so that that the interior of the container body is hermetically sealed by the rear face of the sealing cover coming into close contact with the upper end surface of the O-ring when the sealing cover is closed. In addition, an airtight wall may be provided on the rear face of the outer cover without connecting the sealing cover to the container body and allowing the outer cover to serve as a sealing cover.
In the embodiments described above, the circular border of the net adhered continuously from the lower end and along the inner face of the frame so that only the taut area of the net inside the frame is visible from the top to give an aesthetic appearance. It is understood that the frame can be placed upside down provided that the frame can be adjusted to the container body. In this case, the circular border of the net adheres continuously from the upper end surface to the inner face of the frame even when the frame is placed upside down so that the upper end of the frame protrudes above the stretched net surface. This does not allow the back side of the sealing cover to come into contact with the stretched net surface which, in turn, makes it difficult for the cosmetic to adhere to this backside. As a result, undesirable adhesion of cosmetics to hands and fingers, or clothing, can be avoided.
The inner cover frame does not have to have an annular shape and the inner cover frame can be a rectangular frame. The shape of the inner surface area to which the inner lid is fixed in the container body may be any shape, provided that the shape of the inner surface area is compatible with the shape of the inner lid. In addition, the sealing cover and the container body have been connected by means of a hinge, however, another configuration may be employed. A refill container has been given as an example of a net container according to the embodiments of the present invention, however, the use and shape of the hermetically sealable cosmetic container, including an inner lid provided with of a net, are not limited provided that their configuration allows the opening of the container body to be sealed air. The configuration can be dispensed with outer casing.
